Licensees pay a $165 membership application fee and a base levy (see table below). In future years, your base levy is based on the size of your business. Estimate your future base levies using this calculator. Credit representatives pay a $55 membership application fee only. Application fees cover AFCL membership to 30 June 2018. Payments are processed through Westpac's PayWay secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption.
After your membership application is accepted (please allow 5-7 days) we will provide you with details of additional fees which will apply for any disputes handled by the Financial Ombudsman Service scheme (operated by AFCL) in accordance with its Terms of Reference. Membership arrangements for superannuation trustees
As part of the interim funding arrangements for AFCA, there will be separate and appropriate arrangements for the funding of superannuation disputes. AFCA will be consulting on its interim funding model later this year.
